I baught my bandit a couple of months ago and am so far very pleased with it!
Being a 4 cylinder 400cc bike it likes to be revved a bit before it will get going. The fun really starts at about 6/7k rpm and continues to it's red line at 14k.
Although a bit lacking below 6k rpm the bike can be riden ok and is suitable for traffic and what not.

The physical size of the bike means it's better suited to short blasts than touring.

My only other comment is to buy privatly! There are many bandits about in SA and I saved about R5500 buy buying privatly rather than going to our local suzuki dealer.

Well then write a review for the RVF ;-)

Fair enough, maybe the ratings are a little high. But I think value deserves to by up there!
For R12500 it is/was a very nice bike!
